Join our Women's Movement & Creative Self Exploration Group beginning on Thursday, February 2nd from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM.

This group is open to women who are receiving mental health services here in Lincoln County. We will meet weekly for the next 11 weeks with directives aimed at self-expression, incorporating movement, seeking supportive resources, practicing mindfulness and creating art. Must be 18 years or older to participate. Insurance will be billed.
