Join our Women's Movement & Creative Self Exploration Group, beginning on June 19th and meeting Mondays from 9 AM to 11 AM. This group is open to women who are receiving mental health services here in Lincoln County. We will meet weekly for the next 9 weeks with directives aimed at self-expression, incorporating movement, seeking supportive resources, practicing mindfulness and creating art. Must be 18 years or older to participate. Insurance will be billed.
